Our Edge Scan system has been running on one of BRUK SA's production lines for a while now. That time gave us something you just can't get in a lab: real, practical feedback from a team that knows their process and production inside out.
A test station lets you validate optics, lighting and algorithms. Only day-to-day work on the line shows how the system behaves across product changes, varying conditions and in the hands of the people who use it every shift.
Dozens of improvements driven by feedback
Based on that feedback, we've rolled out dozens of improvements:
- Better defect detection accuracy.
- Easier day-to-day use.
- A closer fit with the real production process.
