If you use the form on our site, we process your email address and the content of your message. We do this to answer your question and, if it goes that way, to agree on the terms of working together.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation concerns a specific offer, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our mailbox. Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It stores no cookies, builds no profiles and does not track people across sites. It collects aggregate data: number of visits, page paths, country and referrer.

We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tools.

The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies, which is why we show no consent banner.

In local browser storage we only keep the language version you chose, so that your next visit opens the right one. You can clear it in your browser settings.

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider processes standard logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

Data may reach our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and statistics), Web3Forms (form handling) and our email provider.

Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area, based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the matter, and afterwards for the limitation period of possible claims, at most 3 years from the last contact.

Statistical data is aggregate and does not allow identification of individuals.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond without undue delay. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.
