Height measurement
A median from thousands of points on every stone
For every paving stone we record several thousand measurement points and derive the height median from them - accurate to 0.5 mm. For each product you can set your own height standard and allowed deviations, so inspection is matched to the specifics of the piece.

Measuring height across many points lets us measure the overall curvature of the product, as well as the curvature of production boards - deviations show up on the heatmap before they become a problem.

Defect detection is handled by an AI model trained on hundreds of thousands of production-board scans. It recognizes holes and inclusions - even when they share the same colour and texture as the base material - and marks every defect with a confidence score.
