Detects defects invisible to the naked eye
A line laser and an industrial camera scan the surface of every stone. Deflections of the laser line build a depth map — holes, cracks and inclusions are detected automatically, even when they share the same color as the base material.
Classifies every defect with an exact dimension
Each stone gets an individual heatmap with automatically marked defects and their dimensions. The defect threshold is configured to your line's requirements — by default above 2 mm.
