CAT LC Polska, an experienced logistics operator and part of the international Groupe CAT headquartered in France, was looking for an innovative solution to automatically verify the correctness of employees' attire. The key goal was to ensure compliance with internal safety guidelines and the company's professional image. The system was meant to eliminate the errors of manual checks, supporting a high standard of service and building customer trust.

Based on the gathered requirements, we built a prototype system using artificial intelligence and image processing. The system analyzed photos of employees, verifying whether their attire met company requirements — appropriate trousers, safety shoes, a high-visibility vest and a polo shirt with the logo. The prototype was developed within a month and included a working AI model, a UI design and a demo recording showing the system in action.

The prototype we designed significantly streamlined the attire-control process, enabling its potential large-scale automation. This allowed CAT Polska to improve employee safety and ensure a consistent image and high standard of customer service. The prototype provided a solid foundation for deploying a full system in the future, contributing to higher operational efficiency and highlighting the company's commitment to innovative solutions.
