The goal of the project was to develop an advanced AI-based system enabling automated content moderation on online platforms. The client was looking for a solution that would effectively detect and filter unwanted content — such as toxic comments, spam or other policy violations — while maintaining high performance and scalability.

As part of the project we created the GardianAI platform, using advanced AI models to analyze content in real time. The system offers ready-made models for common use cases such as toxic-content detection and sentiment analysis, and also lets you build custom AI agents tailored to specific client needs. GardianAI supports content moderation in many languages, making it an ideal solution for global platforms. Integration with the client's systems happens via a REST API, which simplifies deployment and shortens implementation time.

Deploying GardianAI lets the client significantly automate the content-moderation process, reducing the need for manual intervention and lowering operating costs. The system effectively identifies and filters unwanted content, which improved the quality of communication on the platform and increased user trust and satisfaction. Thanks to the scalability of our solution, the client can easily adapt the system to a growing number of users and increasing volume of generated content while maintaining high moderation quality. GardianAI currently analyzes about 650 thousand chat messages per month, filtering out around 3 thousand of them, so human moderation is no longer required.
